Primary goals:

  • Decrease weight
  • Increase testosterone
  • See what other benefits cold water brings

Success milestones:

  • Cold shower for 2 weeks (Didnt realised the water was lukewarm, w/o water thermometer)
  • Cold shower for 3 weeks ~ around 13-14C or 55-57F water
  • Bought my ice bath machine!
  • First dip in 5-5,5C water for 1 min – done!

The future:

  • Summarise all in a blog or as a personal notes so I can glance to the past and see if it was allright move to do it!
  • Enjoy cold showers, cold baths and someday even ice baths!
